How do you redeem Privilege Points?
  • Waive your Card Fee at a value of BDT 0.40 Per Point
  • Pay your Card outstanding at a value of BDT 0.25 Per Point
Note: Privilege points accumulated but not used within a subsequent period of 24 months from the earn date will expire every subsequent month.
  • NCC Bank Risk Assurance Program (RAP) is an invaluable insurance benefit provided under the umbrella of MetLife. This benefit covers the Card dues against the loss of life, physical disability, or certain critical diseases for a nominal monthly charge - Insurance Premium subject to the terms & conditions
  • Cardholder will be automatically enrolled in RAP after he/she has been issued a Credit Card. To disenroll, Cardholder needs to call our 24/7 Contact Centre
  • Cardholders can remain enrolled in RAP till 64 years, after which this feature will automatically be cancelled.
Types of Insurance Coverage
  • Credit Life (CL): Insurance coverage will be provided on normal death of the insured Cardholders
  • Permanent Total Disability (PTD): Insurance coverage will be provided on physical disability of the insured Cardholders from any injury, sickness or disease so as to prevent the person to work for the rest of his/her lifetime
  • Accidental Death (AD): Insurance coverage will be provided on unnatural death of the insured Cardholders. For example, death caused by accident, traffic collision etc
  • Critical Illnesses (CI): Insurance coverage will be provided on severe illness of the insured Cardholders such as cancer, kidney failure, coma etc. List is given below

  • InstaCredit: It allows the Cardholders to avail loan facility against their unused credit limit at only 7% or 9% p.a. flat interest rate. Maximum tenor is 36 months and amount is 50% of the available credit limit
  • EasyBuy: It's a facility to convert your any retail purchase including fund transfer & card cheque into EMI at only 7% or 9% p.a. flat interest rate. Maximum tenor is 36 months
  • No Burden Outstanding: This flexible EMI scheme offers the facility to convert your monthly total bill into EMI at only 9% or 10% p.a. flat interest rate. Maximum tenor is 36 months
