We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCBL) is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. Among others, the audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year 2017 and entitlement of the Shareholders would be considered/ adopted in the meeting.
02. The audited Financial Statements for the year 2017 of the Bank will be considered/ adopted in the meeting subject to clearance of Bangladesh Bank on the said Financial Statements.
03. This is in compliance with Regulation 19(1) of the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges
