We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Directors of National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCBL) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. Among others, the audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the year 2018 and entitlement of the Shareholders would be considered / adopted in the meeting.
02. The audited Financial Statements for the year 2018 of the Bank will be considered/ adopted in the meeting subject to clearance of Bangladesh Bank on the said Financial Statements.
03. This is compliance with Regulation 19(1) of the Listing Regulation of the Stock Exchange.
