Kindly refer to our letter bearing No. NCCB/HO/BOARD/2019/204 dated October 24, 2019 regarding information of holding of a meeting of the Board of Directors of National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCBL) where, among others, the third quarter (Q3) un-audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the period ended on 30th September 2019 scheduled to be considered/ adopted in the meeting.
02. Now the date of the meeting has been shifted from Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 3:00 pm to Thursday, October 30, 2019 at 3:00 pm due to adjournment of the meeting for absent of quorum. The agenda and all other issues in this regard shall remain unchanged.
