Regarding consent of issuing NCC Bank Unsecured, Non-Convertible Floating Rate Perpetual Bond for Tk.500.00 (Taka five hundred) Crore of National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCBL)

We are pleased to inform you that Bangladesh Security and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has kindly accorded their consent on August 26, 2020 to National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited under the Provision of the “Securities and Exchange Commission (Private Placement of Debt Securities) Rules, 2012” for issuing Unsecured, Non-Convertible Floating Rate Perpetual Bond for BDT 500.00 (five hundred) crore only subject to “No Objection Certificate (NOC)” from Bangladesh Bank. Mentionable that the Bank has received the said consent letter on August 26, 2020 at 6:00 P.M
