We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCBL) is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. Among others, the date of ‘Record Date’ and Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) regarding conversion of ‘Perpetual Bond’ into ‘Common Share’ of the Bank in terms of the conditions of Bangladesh Bank vide their letter number BRPD(BFIS)/661/14B(P)/2020-8159 dated 01/10/2020 would be considered and approved in the meeting.
