A meeting of the Board of Directors of NCC Bank held at Bank’s board room on 09 August, 2023. Chairman of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar presided over the meeting while Vice-Chairman Mrs. Sohela Hossain, Director & Past Chairman Abdus Salam, Past Chairman & Chairman of the Executive Committee S. M. Abu Mohsin, Independent Director Md. Obayed Ullah Al Masud and Managing Director & CEO Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid were attended on the Meeting. Besides, Director & Past Chairman Md. Abdul Awal, Past Chairman & Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Alhaj Md. Nurun Newaz, Director & Past Vice Chairman Mrs. Tanzina Ali, Director & Past Vice-Chairman Khairul Alam Chaklader, Director Md. Moinuddin and Director Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz were also present virtually in the meeting. Additional Managing Director M. Shamsul Arefin, Deputy Managing Director Mohd.
