NCC Bank's Annual Business Conference Held


The two days long Executives & Branch Managers "Annual Business Conference" of NCC Bank Ltd. was held at Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Gulf in Sreemangal to increase Bank’s business by rendering better customer services. Chairman of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar inaugurated the conference as chief guest.

Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid presided over the ceremony while Vice Chairman Sohela Hossain, Past Chairman & Chairman of the Executive Committee S. M. Abu Mohsin, Director & Past Chairman Amjadul Ferdous Chowdhury, Director & Past Vice-Chairman Khairul Alam Chaklader & Director Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz graced the occasion as special guests. Besides, Additional Managing Directors Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir & M. Shamsul Arefin,  Deputy Managing Directors' Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Md. Mahbub Alam, M. Asheq Rahman & Md. Zakir Anam, Members’ of the Senior Management Team along with others Senior Executives were also present on the occasion.

Chairman of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar in his inaugural speech as chief guest congratulated everyone on achieving business goals even in the stagnant economic condition last year. He said that the scope of business of the bank is expanding rapidly; consequently, the quality of service should be maintained at highest standard. He urged all concerned including the branch managers to keep the pace of the progress of the bank in the coming days and work honestly & sincerely to enhance its market reputation & image.

In his welcome address, Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Mamdudur Rashid highlighted the improvements in various financial indicators and said that last year even in severe dollar crisis & global economic recession volume of loans & advances, investment, total asset, remittance, recovery have increased on the other hand cost of fund & NPL are in a decreasing trend. Thus our progress reflects in improved international Credit Ratings and CAMELS rating as well. He also highlighted various business strategies of the bank for the current year for the benefit of our Bank.

Directors of the Bank in their speeches emphasized on expanded business with better customer service through appropriate use of advanced technology so that NCC Bank's position remains strong in the prevailing tuff competitive environment.
