NCC Bank has distributed agricultural materials at free of cost among 1,155 marginal farmers of Nangolkot, Cumilla Sadar & Gouri Upazila of Cumilla on Saturday (23/09/2023) as part of its corporate social responsibility to increase agricultural production. Chairman of Nangolkot Upazila Md. Shamsuddin Kalu (A.I.P.) attended the ceremony as chief guest while SEVP & Company Secretary Md. Monirul Alam of NCC Bank presided over the ceremony. Besides, Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Nangolkot Md. Rayhan Mehebub & Upazila Agriculture Officer of Nangolkot Md. Nazrul Islam were present as special guest. They distributed various types of seeds, fertilizer & pesticides among marginal farmers of Nangolkot, Laksam & Chauddagram Upazila on Saturday (19/08/2023). In the Cumilla Sadar CSR program Chairman of Adarso Sadar Upazila Parishad Advocate Md. Aminul Islam present as Chief Guest. SEVP & Company Secretary Md. Monirul Alam of NCC Bank presided over the ceremony while Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Adarso Sadar Upazila Kaniz Fatema were present and distributed various types of seeds, fertilizer & pesticides among marginal farmers. In the Gouripur CSR program Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Gouripur Md. Mohinul Hasan were present and distributed various types of seeds, fertilizer & pesticides among marginal farmers of Gouripur, Chandina, Debidwar & others Upazila. Besides, SVP of CRM Division Muhammad Shahidul Islam and SVP & Manager of Cumilla Branch Mohammad Nurul Haque along with Manager & Officers of Gouripur, Highway, Nangolkot & Chandina Branch of NCC Bank were also present in the ceremony.
SEVP & Company Secretary Md. Monirul Alam said that NCC bank is working for food security of our country as announced by Hon’ble Prime Minister. In this continuation NCC Bank is supporting to the marginal farmers to cultivate single inch of land across the country as a part of social responsibility. He hoped that, NCC Bank will provide agricultural machinery as well as advance technology equipment to the farmers at free of cost to develop our total agricultural production in near future.
