- To Purchase of Flat which is in construction and ready stage

- Takeover of the current balance of the home loan from any other bank or NBFI, plus an additional amount for apartment, building, or house
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 21 Years
- Maximum: 65 Years but for salaried segment, maximum age is 60 years or retirement age whichever is earlier
Loan Limit:
- BDT 100,000.00 to BDT 5,000,000.00 (For Home Improvement)
- BDT 500,000.00 to BDT 20,000,000.00 (For Home Loan)
Loan Tenure: 01 to 20 years
Loan to Value ratio: 70:30
Minimum Income:
- a) NCC Bank Home Loan
- For Salaried: BDT 40,000.00
- For Self Employed Professional: BDT 50,000.00
- For Businessman/Landlord /Landlady: BDT 50,000.00
- b) NCC Bank Home Improvement Loan:
- Salaried employees having at least two years of confirmed service
- Self-employed professionals i.e. Doctor, Architect, Engineer, Chartered Accountant etc who are engaged in independent profession having minimum 2 years of experience
- Businessman having minimum 3 years of engagement in business
- Land Lord/Landlady (Rental Income Holder): Not required
- Passport size photographs of Borrower and Co-Borrower
- Copy of latest utility bill
- Copy of Up-to-date TIN certificate/Tax Return copy / Tax acknowledgement
- Approved plan layout copy with forwarding letter from concerned authority
- Detail cost estimation from qualified engineer (civil) for construction & renovation
- Agreement between Developer / Seller & Borrower and agreement between Landlord & Developer with power of attorney for flat purchase
- Ownership documents (Title Deed/Mutation/Updated land tax)
- Valuation and Lawyer opinion
a) Salaried Person
- Letter of Introduction (LOI)/Salary Certificate/Pay Slip/Cash Voucher
- Latest 06 month's salary A/C statement
- Copy of office ID & Business card
b) Businessman
- Trade License (Last 3 years)
- Last 12 months bank statement
- Registered partnership deed for partnership firm
- MOA, Certificate of incorporation, Schedule-X, Form-XII for limited company
- Company TIN / BIN/ Tax Acknowledgement copy, VAT certificate and Business card of the company
c) Self-employed Professional
- Certificate of professional degree
- Copy of affiliation of relevant professional institution
- Bank statement with professional income reflection
d) Landlord/Landlady (Rental Income Holder)
- Ownership document of rented property (Title Deed/Mutation/Updated land tax)
- Bank statement of last 12 months with rental reflection
