NCC Bank NRB Home Loan

  • To facilitate construction of residential house (semi-pacca) and pacca building.
  • To facilitate renovation/extension/completion of existing brick-walled residential house (semi-pacca) and pacca building.
  • To purchase ready flat developed by developer & old flat (not older than 10 years from the date of approval of construction).
  • To purchase customers’ liability against the property to be financed from other Bank/Financial Institution and additional amount for renovation of the house or apartment.

Target Segment:

Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 21 Years
  • Maximum: 65 Years but for salaried segment, maximum age is 60 years or retirement age whichever is earlier

Loan Limit:

  • BDT 1,000,000.00 to BDT 15,000,000.00

Loan Tenure:

  • 3 to 15 years

Loan to Value ratio:

  • 70% of the Forced Sale Value of Land or 70% construction cost whichever is lower (For Semi-pacca & 1 storied building).
  • 75% of Forced Sale Value at current status or 70% of construction cost /cost which is lower (For other cases).

Minimum Income: BDT 50,000.00. Customer has to maintain account with any commercial Bank in Bangladesh with one year remittance receive record or with any Bank remittance received proof of documents for last one year.

  • Salaried employees with one year of continuous salary record.
  • Self-employed professionals (e.g., Doctor, Architect, Engineer, Chartered Accountant, etc.). The customer should be in the same profession for a minimum period of 2 years.
  • Businessman having a minimum of 2 years of engagement in business.

Consideration of Remittance Received:

  • Through bank account maintained with any bank.
  • Remit and received by the beneficiary providing PIN.
  • Remittance received by family members (Father, Mother, Sister, Brother, Spouse, Son, Daughter) can be accepted after proper verification of the sender.
  • Applicant’s National ID/Driving License/Passport copy.
  • Passport copy with valid VISA for loan applicant.
  • 2 copy photographs of each applicant.
  • Salary certificate or Bank statement (local/foreign) for monthly income assessment.
  • Trade license/Social ID/Professional ID or more for NRB identification.
  • Applicant’s TIN certificate.
  • Rental deed for rental income and ownership deed of rented property for resident co-applicant.
  • Copies of all existing loans sanction letter and repayment history for takeover loan only.
  • Apartment allotment letter/Deed of agreement/property ownership deed.
  • Any other property-related documents’ copy for credit assessment.

a) For Salaried/Self-employed Personnel:

  • Copy of passport.
  • Work permit.
  • Income to be confirmed by employer and in case of self-employed, nature of business to be mentioned.
  • Utility bill copy (local).
  • Appointment letter/Job contract.
  • Bank statement (last 1 year).
  • Copy of TIN certificate.
  • Business card.
  • Photograph.
  • Pay slip for the last three months (not mandatory for self-employed).

b) For Business Personnel:

  • Copy of passport.
  • Work permit/Social ID/Resident ship ID.
  • Utility bill copy (local).
  • Bank statement.
  • Copy of tax certificate.
  • Business card.
  • Photograph.
  • Trade license copy (Two years).
